Apple Souffle Or Dutch Pancake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 lb. margarine or butter
2 apples, pared and sliced thin
2 to 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation

In blender or mixer, combine first 7 ingredients.
Melt margarine in a 12 x 13-inch dish in oven.
Place sliced apples and brown sugar on bottom of dish in melted margarine.
Return to oven.
When sizzling, pour batter over apples, brown sugar and margarine.
Bake 20 minutes in preheated 425\u00b0 oven or until puffed and brown.
Serve hot.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
