Rhubarb Preserves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. rhubarb
    5 c. sugar
    1 can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
Preparation
    Boil all except Jell-O
    until sugar is dissolved. Take off heat; wait 7 minutes, then add Jell-O.
    Mix until dissolved.
    Put hot in jars.
    Seal with paraffin.
