Whole Wheat Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted flour
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 beaten egg
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Prepare muffin pans, grease sides and bottoms.
    Mix dry ingredients together in medium bowl.
    Mix other ingredients together and add to dry ingredients.
    Stir until moist.
    Do not overmix.
    Fill muffin tins 1/2 full.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 425\u00b0.
