Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
3 Tbsp. vinegar
4 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. cream
2 c. cherries, pitted (light Royal Anns)
2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. mandarin oranges, cut up
2 c. mini marshmallows
Preparation

Put eggs in double boiler.
Add vinegar and sugar, beating constantly.
Cook until thick and smooth.
Remove from heat; add butter.
Cool.
When cool, add whipped cream.
Mix well together; fold into a mixture of remaining ingredients.
Mix altogether.
