Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. Southern style hash browns
    1 onion, chopped
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 tubes Ritz crackers
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (16 oz.) sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 sticks butter
Preparation
    Mix hash browns, chopped onion, salt, pepper, cream of chicken soup, shredded Cheddar cheese and sour cream together.
    Melt 2 sticks butter.
    Crush Ritz crackers.
    Mix crackers and butter together.
    Put on top of mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes in 9 x 13-inch pan.
