Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    15 single saltine crackers
    1 tsp. pepper
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Crush crackers.
    Mix in ground beef, pepper and salt until evenly mixed.
    Make 2-inch meatballs.
    Lightly brown in skillet, then place meatballs in sauce or gravy and cook for about 20 minutes.
    Meatballs will be tender and juicy.
    Yields 20 to 25 meatballs.
