Lemon Poppy Seed Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. yogurt or sour cream
3 large eggs
1 Tbsp. lemon extract
3 Tbsp. poppy seed
1 c. margarine
Preparation

Combine cake ingredients in a bowl and beat at low speed for 3 minutes.
Bake in a greased and floured 12-cup tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes.
Cool.
