Easy Fat-Free Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. fat-free sugar-free pudding (any flavor)
1 1/2 c. cold milk
1 envelope Dream Whip topping mix

Preparation

Beat the milk, whipped topping mix and pudding on low speed until blended and then on high speed for 4 to 6 minutes or until soft peaks form.
Makes about 3 cups.
Enough to frost a 9 x 13 cake.
Refrigerate.
