Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    3 to 4 slices bread, torn
    2 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    meat tenderizer, garlic salt and sage to taste
    1 c. milk
    chopped onion
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. 57 Sauce
    ketchup
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except for ketchup.
    Place in a sprayed baking dish.
    Squirt ketchup on top.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove foil and cook 1/2 hour longer or until done.
    Set pan under dish to catch excess grease in case beef is not lean.
