Macaroni Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. macaroni
    1 1/4 c. Ritz crackers, broken
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, diced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. pimento
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. onion
    3 eggs, well beaten
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until tender.
    Combine crackers, cheese, pimento, bell pepper, onion, salt and pepper. Add eggs, milk, butter and macaroni.
    Pour into a buttered pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
