Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 stick margarine
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Melt margarine and combine with other ingredients.
    Pour into 9-inch pie shell.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 until done.
    Loosely cover with foil for first 30 minutes.
