1 x 9-inch Graham cracker crust
2 x 8 oz. pkg. Cream cheese, softened
1 c. Whipping cream, whipped until thick
1/2 c. Sugar
3 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
1 can Pie filling, the flavor is up to you!
Preparation

Beat the cream cheese until smooth, whisk in the whipping cream until smooth again. Add the sugar and mix well. Add the lemon juice and mix well. Pour into the cracker crust and chill for about 1 hour. Spoon the pie filling over the top. A ring of thick cream can be piped around the edge to make it a little more special, with the pie filling poured into the middle. Serve with extra whipped cream.
