Ingredients

2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 1/4 c. milk
2 large eggs, beaten
1/2 c. ground pecans
Preparation

Measure and combine dry ingredients together. Mix oil with milk and eggs. Stir into dry ingredients. Mix until smooth. Add pecans and mix well. Makes 8.
