Mock Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 flour tacos
3 cans mushroom soup
1 c. milk
4 oz. can green diced mild chiles
1 c. (2.8 oz.) French fried onions
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. McKay's chicken seasoning
2 cans medium fry chick, cut up or broken into small pieces, save juice for future use
grated Mozzarella cheese
grated American cheese
Preparation

Saute tacos, drain on paper towel.
In large bowl mix next 7 ingredients.
Break tacos into smaller pieces like potato chips. Cover bottom of casserole with broken tacos, spoon mixture over broken tacos.
Grate Mozzarella cheese over mixture, layer until all of mixture is used.
Top with grated American cheese.
Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven 50 to 60 minutes.
If you wish you can make casserole the day before and keep covered in refrigerator until baking time.
Remove lid to bake.
