Butterscotch Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. powdered sugar
    9 oz. Cool Whip
    2 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix butter, flour and nuts.
    Put into 9 x 13-inch pan; press around sides and bottom.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Let cool.
