Peanut Butter Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. chicken stock
    3 oz. onion, minced
    3 oz. celery, minced
    8 oz. peanut butter
    3 oz. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. half and half
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    bacon crumbs or minced country ham
Preparation
    Mix together chicken stock, onion and celery; simmer for about 1 hour.
    Strain out onion and celery; discard.
    Stir in peanut butter and dissolve.
    Mix flour with remaining ingredients and simmer together 15 minutes.
    If too thick, thin with milk. Garnish with bacon crumbs or minced country ham.
    Serves 6.
