Strawberry Cake Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. heavy whipping cream
2 to 3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
1 pt. strawberries, sliced

Preparation

Beat eggs on high speed until thick
and creamy.
Gradually add sugar; beat constantly until very thick, 5 to 7 minutes.
Stir in water and vanilla.
