Italian String Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 package frozen green beans
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1/3 c. fresh parsley, chopped
    1/3 c. fresh basil, chopped
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Steam beans in salted water, according to package directions. Cook until they are crisp and very green, do not overcook.\tWhen beans are about 3 minutes from being done, braise onions, parsley, basil, salt and pepper in a small frying pan with olive oil.
    Drain beans and put into covered dish.
    Immediately pour the onion mix over the beans.
    Stir.
    Cover and let stand for 3 minutes, then serve.
