Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium chops
    1 small box Minute rice
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 cans milk
Preparation
    Brown seasoned and floured chops.
    Place in a baking dish; cover with dry rice.
    Mix soup with milk; pour over rice, being sure rice is completely covered with liquid.
    Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
