Crisp Winter Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. shredded cabbage
    2 finely chopped onions
    2 chopped green sweet peppers
    2 chopped red or orange sweet peppers
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. water
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Combine salt, vinegar, water, sugar, mustard seed and celery seed.
    Bring to a boil.
    Pour over mixed vegetables.
    Chill. Store, covered, in refrigerator.
    Will keep indefinitely.
