Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots
    1 medium onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    Velveeta cheese
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Slice and cook carrots.
    Saute onion in butter.
    Layer carrots, onion and slices of cheese in casserole and top with bread crumbs.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 20 minutes.
