Chicken Francaise With Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken cutlets (2 to 3 per person)
    6 eggs (per 4 people)
    salt and pepper
    1 1/2 c. chicken stock
    1 c. white wine
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1 Tbsp. flour
    broccoli florets, blanched
    cooking oil
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Beat eggs in a bowl.
    Flour very thin chicken cutlets and add to eggs.
    Heat oil in saute pan until hot.
    Cook chicken until golden brown.
