Port Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
3 oz. (6 Tbsp.) Port wine
1 orange slice
Preparation

Dissolve sugar in lemon juice in bottom of tall glass.
Add wine and fill with ice and stir.
Garnish with orange slice and serve with a straw.
Makes 1 serving.
Increase by ten to make 1 quart.
