Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh or frozen broccoli
    1 small box Ritz crackers
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to directions on the package.
    (If frozen, do not overcook.)
    Drain off all liquid.
    Stir in cheese while broccoli is hot.
    Place in casserole dish.
    (You do not need to butter dish.)
    Crush crackers and mix with melted margarine.
    Cover over broccoli.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serves 8.
