Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine or butter
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix or Jiffy mix
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
1 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Heat margarine in oblong pan (13 x 9 x 2-inches), until melted.
Mix in baking mix, salt, paprika and pepper; coat chicken.
Place chicken pieces, skin sides down in pan.
Bake uncovered in 425\u00b0 oven 35 minutes.
Turn chicken; bake uncovered until done, about 15 minutes.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
