Creole Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (5 lb.) bag red potatoes
1 (16 oz.) box Tony Chachere's seafood steam or boil seasoning
Preparation

Wash potatoes and put them in a boiler.
Cover with water and add Tony's seasoning.
Boil until tender.
For potatoes to get better seasoned, punch holes in potatoes.
This lets the seasonings cook into potatoes.
