Easy Sausage Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bulk sausage
3/4 c. chopped onion
3 c. Bisquick mix
1 1/2 c. beer or water
1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar thick spaghetti sauce
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced ripe olives
1 green pepper, chopped
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Grease large cookie or jelly roll pan.
Fry sausage and onion until brown; drain.
Mix baking mix and beer thoroughly.
Spread batter in pan.
Spread sauce carefully over batter; top with sausage and remaining ingredients.
Bake until crust is golden brown at 425\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serves 12.
