Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
    1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    1 (12 oz.) cottage cheese
    1 medium onion
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 sticks oleo
Preparation
    Melt oleo in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Mix broccoli, cottage cheese, onion, eggs (well beaten) and cornbread mix. Mix together. Pour melted oleo in and mix well. Pour in pan you melted oleo in. Cook 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
