Nonedible Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. salt
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    food coloring
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients; add oil, water and food coloring.
    Cook 3 minutes or until mixture pulls away from sides of pan.
    Remove from pan and knead slightly almost immediately.
    This dough will keep for several weeks if stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
    It has an almost velvety feeling, very pleasing to children.
