Creamed Celery And Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. celery
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    buttered crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. milk
    3/4 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Cut celery in 1/2-inch diagonal pieces.
    Cover with water and boil until tender, about 15 minutes; drain.
    Melt butter in saucepan; stir in flour and gradually add milk, stirring until it comes to a boil and thickens.
    Stir in salt and celery.
    Spoon into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Top with pecans and buttered crumbs.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
