Chocolate Cake(Eggless, Milkless And Butterless) - cooking recipe

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. cocoa
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. water
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. cooking oil
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease
and flour a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Into a bowl, sift together dry ingredients.
Add oil, vinegar, vanilla and water.
Beat until smooth and pour into pan. Bake in oven 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool and top with frosting.
