Creamy Potato Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
white pepper to taste
1 beaten egg
4 c. or more mashed potatoes

Preparation

Mix together the first 5 ingredients. Add mixture plus the egg to the mashed potatoes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
Can easily double recipe.
