Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grated cheese (sharp cheese)
    1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 hot pepper, diced
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1 large onion, diced
Preparation
    Mix together and bake in greased pan at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
