Vegetables And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown rice (uncooked)
    1 c. ready-to-serve, fat free chicken broth
    1 2/3 c. water
    2 tsp. margarine
    1 c. each: chopped onion and green pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients in a large saucepan; bring to a boil.
    Cover, reduce heat and simmer 50 minutes or until rice is tender and moisture absorbed.
