Tuilles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. plus 1 Tbsp. almonds, blanched and sliced
1 1/2 tsp. milk
1/3 c. plus 1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. unsalted butter
Preparation

In a food processor, finely grate almonds and add flour. Blend well.
Add butter, milk and sugar; blend for 8 to 10 seconds, until a ball of dough forms.
