Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 pork chops
8 oz. water
salt to taste
pepper to taste
potatoes, sliced
onions, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
Preparation

Preheat oven at 350\u00b0.
Put pork chops in long casserole dish. Add 8 ounces water, salt and pepper.
Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and place potatoes and onion layers on top of dish.
Mix soup and water together and pour over potatoes and onions.
Add a little more salt and pepper.
Cover and bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until done.
Remove cover and brown top for a few minutes.
