Glazed Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. water
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Scrape carrots; cut into thin slices.
    Saute carrots in oil in large skillet 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add 1/2 cup water; bring to a boil. Cover; reduce heat.
    Simmer 3 minutes or until crisp tender. Combine cornstarch and remaining ingredients; stir into carrots. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
    Makes 4 servings.
