Stuffed Shells - Meat Filled - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box jumbo shells, uncooked
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. ground pork
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. flavored bread crumbs
    1 c. (4 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, shredded (optional)
    3/4 c. onion, finely chopped
    3/4 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 1/2 c. (32 oz. jar) spaghetti sauce
    Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)
Preparation
    Cook shells according to directions.
    Drain and cool by placing shells on wax paper to keep from sticking.
    Brown meat in skillet and drain.
    Combine meat, eggs, bread crumbs, Mozzarella cheese, onions, oregano, salt and pepper.
