Happy Hour Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 medium size, fresh mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/4 c. soft butter
    1 small garlic clove, mashed
    5 Tbsp. shredded Jack cheese
    2 Tbsp. dry red wine
    1 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Remove stems from mushrooms; chop stems finely.
    Brush caps with melted butter.
    Blend soft butter with garlic; add cheese and mix well.
    Stir in wine, soy sauce and the finely chopped stems to make a paste.
    Fill caps.
    Place on foil-lined cookie sheet. Broil 5 inches from heat for approximately 3 minutes.
