Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. cooked rice
3/4 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. minced onion
3 Tbsp. A.1. steak sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
8 oz. can tomato sauce
6 large bell peppers
Preparation

While rice is cooking, brown meat until crumbly.
Drain; add onion and cook until soft.
Remove from heat.
Mix A.1., tomato sauce, rice, salt and pepper.
Cut top from peppers.
Remove seeds and fill peppers with meat and rice mixture.
Place peppers in 10-inch skillet; add butter and water.
Simmer 30 to 40 minutes.
