Ingredients

3 loaves Rhodes Bread, thawed
1 pkg. Italian sausage or pork sausage (your choice)
2 c. each: Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Roll thawed bread out (you'll need flour) until it's pretty thin.
Cook sausage and drain.
Sprinkle sausage over bread and then add cheeses.
Roll bread sideways.
You'll have to cut bread in half, because it will be longer than cookie sheet that you have to grease.
Squeeze the ends until closed.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1/2 hour or until golden brown.
