Southern Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. frozen corn
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. cornstarch mixed with 1/3 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs lightly.
    Add sugar, cornstarch, salt and milk.
    Mix well.
    Add corn slowly, stir until mixture is smooth and soupy. Pour into baking dish, dot with butter all over top.
    Sprinkle with pepper.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
