Zucchini Bread(Two Loaves) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. salad oil
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    2 c. grated raw zucchini
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs until thick; add salad oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Sift dry ingredients and add to egg mixture. Mix and add nuts.
    Blend well.
    Pour into two (5 x 9-inch) greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
