Celery Plus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. water
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 c. celery sticks (3 inches long, 1/4 inch wide)
    1 c. carrot sticks (3 inches long, 1/4 inch wide)
    1/4 c. oregano
    celery leaves tied with white thread
Preparation
    In 10-inch skillet, heat water, butter, salt and pepper until butter melts.
    Add onion, celery leaves, celery and carrots. Simmer covered for 10 minutes.
    Stir in oregano.
    Simmer uncovered 3 minutes.
    Remove celery leaves.
    Serve.
