Artichoke Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans French-style green beans, drained
2 cans marinated artichoke hearts (save juice)
1 small to medium onion, chopped
4 to 5 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Spray \"Pam\" in glass baking dish. In food processor, chop artichoke hearts and green beans. Add onion and garlic. Then combine all ingredients into baking dish. Add juice from the artichoke hearts and additional bread crumbs (if necessary) to make consistency fairly firm. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
