Old Fashion Tea Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
1 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. plain flour
2 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Mix the ingredients, sifting in enough flour (about 4 cups) to make a stiff dough.
Roll out and cut with cookie cutter.
Bake in medium oven until a golden brown.
