Pina Colada Fruit Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in its own juice (undrained)
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding and pie filling mix
    1/2 c. coconut
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation
    In food processor, blend pineapple real good.
    Add coconut; blend well.
    Add remaining ingredients until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate overnight.
    Serve with fresh fruit.
    This will make a lot of dip so you can freeze half to use another time.
