Crayfish Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pie crust
    1 lb. crawfish tails, seasoned and salted
    Mozzarella cheese
    ham slices
    mushrooms
    6 eggs
    1 pt. half and half cream
Preparation
    Begin with a layer of crawfish, layer of Mozzarella cheese, layer of small slices of ham.
    Repeat 3 layers.
    Top with mushrooms and cheese.
    Beat the eggs well and add the half and half.
    Pour over pie and let sit 10 minutes.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Sprinkle a little nutmeg on each layer.
