Bake Stuffed Haddock - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh haddock
    6 to 8 large cooked shrimp
    1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
    3/4 c. margarine
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 dashes ground pepper
    paprika
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Melt margarine in medium size microwave bowl.
    Add stack of crushed crackers.
    Add garlic powder, lemon juice and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Place fish in baking dish with shrimp on top.
    Put crumb mixture over all.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Cover with foil and bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Remove foil and broil 5 minutes to brown top.
    Squeeze a bit of lemon juice over top and serve.
