Kolache - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small yeast or 1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    3 eggs
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. warm water
    filling (such as poppy seed, almond or walnut)
Preparation
    Combine yeast and water.
    Set aside.
    Cream butter and sugar together, then add eggs, 1 at a time.
    Add sour cream, then yeast mixture.
    Add flour.
    Mix well.
